I established CRS Consulting to help businesses strengthen governance, manage risk, and expand across borders with confidence. My career has been shaped at the intersection of law, compliance, and finance, working with organizations that span from innovative startups to highly regulated financial institutions. Having started my career at the World Bank, and subsequently worked in US banking and having led governance and compliance efforts at Upstart Inc and Caliza Financial Technologies, I have advised organizations large and small, building and scaling governance and risk programs as per the ever evolving needs of international businesses.

With experience serving as an independent director and advising boards, I bring practical expertise in governance, oversight, and regulatory engagement. I have built and led compliance and risk frameworks, chaired audit and risk committees, and guided companies through licensing, audits, and international expansion. My approach combines board-level perspective with hands-on execution—ensuring governance structures not only meet regulatory expectations but also support long-term business success.
